Welcome to Arty Party on Wheels! By booking a party or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking & Deposits

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen party date and theme.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Your booking date may be rescheduled (subject to availability). Please contact us as early as possible to arrange a new date.

• Cancellations made with at least four week’s notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will forfeit the deposit.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) will be charged the full amount.

3. Travel & Setup

• We are a mobile service and travel to your chosen location. Please ensure suitable space and access for setup.

• Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area (quoted at time of booking).

• Setup typically begins 30–60 minutes before the party start time.

4. Supervision & Safety

• While we lead and facilitate all activities, a parent or guardian must remain on site at all times to supervise children.

• We take no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur outside of our direct instruction.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

• Some of our craft materials, face glitter, and party snacks may contain allergens. Please advise us of any sensitivities at time of booking.

• It is the responsibility of the party host to inform guests and provide alternatives if required.

6. Media & Photography

• We may take photos during your event for use on our website and social media.

• If you or your guests do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the event.

7. Weather Policy (Outdoor Parties)

• In case of forecasted extreme weather or rain, outdoor parties must be moved to an indoor location. If you are unable to provide one, we will work with you to reschedule the event (subject to availability).

8. Liability

Arty Party on Wheels takes every precaution to ensure a safe, fun, and smooth event. However, we are not liable for:

• Injury, loss, or damage arising from party activities or use of materials

• Damage to your property during setup or cleanup
